site there are nautical charts in four formats: .FX4 - this is Fugawi export format. Only for Fugawi. .WCI - format only for Sea Clear. Since a 2007 I don't place this format. Now there are only two formats: .KAP - this is format BSB 2.0 Some software don't recognise this format and understands only Maptech BSB format (Fugawi, NavPac Pro) Also you may download any type of my charts for testing with your software: free charts for testing Other version is a raster image of a charts in format .GIF Suitable for software which allows to use scanned image or aerial foto. Please attention!!! You receive the file with the extension .ZIP It is technical necessity as Internet Explorer tries to open the .GIF file and not always it is succesfull. Do not try unzip this file.After downloading and saving RENAME this file XXX.zip to new name XXX.GIF You must ONLY change extension your file from .ZIP to .GIF |

.GIF, .TIFF, .BMP, .JPG, etc. Someone only one type of file (NavPacPro - .BMP, MaxSea-.PNG) For using my charts it is necessary to convert .GIF file in suitable format. This possible with some software like Adobe Photoshop and many other. |
